Everything was excellent.
The recepcionist on the first day was not well instructed about the check in requirements (personal documentation). The rest of the days was good in every aspect.

The layout and design of the hotel. The porter that helped us with our luggage.
We booked the hotel for a swimming pool, on our arrival we were unable to use it for time we were staying there! I ordered breakfast at 9.30 and after 3 phone calls it finally arrived at 10am!

Hotel in quiet aera. Excellent to sleep
should take more importance in details: only one glass to brush theeth; tv really far ot the bed; no plugs to recharge the Mobile near the bed; no free service to reach the Downtown; need to ask employees go turn light in the swimming pool at 9:30pm

Liked entrance foyer and communal rooms.
There was only one plug socket in the room that worked. The plug at the desk sparked when I tried to plug in a lap top. The hand shower attachment was coming away from the wall - poor. Worst of all was the service at the breakfast. We arrived at 10.00 and there was no tables set for breakfast, they were all full up with dirty plates etc from previous diners. We found a table and had to find our own cutlery. We found a waitress who gave us coffee but never gave us any milk despite repeated requests. We went to the buffet breakfast and all was left were the slops and remains, there was no fresh eggs, bacon etc, no bread for toast et etc. It was ver poor and as a result I would never stay at Radisson Bluj hotel ever again. The air conditioning in the room was set at the lowest temperature but it never cooled the room sufficiently and the room was hot and stuff all evening.

Large room extensive but expensive breakfast.
No tea/coffee making facilities although it was stated there would be and none provided even though we asked. Also I think any taxis booked appeared to be at particularly high rate unless challenged.

Rooms very comfortable, clean and spacious. Amenities very nice. I wish i'd had a chance to try their lovely pool, sauna & jacuzzi.
because of the location they take total advantage of the fact that there is no dining near so the dining (in-room & restaurant) are very high.

The hotel is close to the city center and the sauna is open till 10 pm (seperated between women and men). The breakfast was good (included in the room rate) and offered a large variety of foodstuffs. The pasta in the restaurant was excellent! A supermarket is just 300meters away.
The room was in a quite modern style, but not cosy at all, just functional. I booked a family room this time, as the normal room was very small. Unfortunately I couldn't watch TV from the bed, as the TV was standing parallel to the bed.The hangers were the typical ones you find in so many hotels (attached to the clothes rail), but there was not a single hanger with clips to hang up my trousers.
